The Arctic Window is a web-based map viewing window for viewing and obtaining information about the pilot services created in Arctic PASSION. These pilot services constitute the project's "core" observing system elements.

Arctic PASSION will co-create eight innovative, user-driven Arctic EuroGEO pilot services, over the course of the 4 year project period, taking into account priorities established by the Arctic Council and the needs of local end-users.

The Pilot Services will provide information in areas of societal and economic relevance that are presently inadequately served: food security, emergency preparedness, wildfire and pollution risk reduction, environmental change information, and infrastructure, transport, and safe shipping.

We will integrate existing services, such as those from Copernicus and ESA services.
