The Association of Polar Early Career Scientists (APECS) and the Arctic PASSION project organized a Sharing Circle for early career professionals and Arctic youth. The weeklong Sharing Circle took place in Sevettijärvi and Inari, Northern Finland on the lands of the Sami in October 2023. Here are some reflections by participants on what they learned from that experience.
